7-day money-back guarantee. If TPTSale is not for you, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Email contact@tptsale.com or use the Support page inside your TPTSale account.

Renewals are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel anytime: cancellation stops the next charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How refunds are paid: back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Duplicate charge or billed after canceling? Contact us and we will fix it promptly.
